About The Project
Iziwork is a fully digitized interim recruitment agency, relying on technological innovation to radically improve access to work experience for all. It offers workers simple and instant access to a large choice of jobs, but also personalized support throughout the assignments that gives meaning to individual merit. Disrupting the market practices, iziwork offers a “worker centric” approach to attract and promote reliable and competent job seekers.

This is a project on NodeJS (Parse Server) + ReactJS, Redux, Selectors on the frontend, a project that wants to facilitate job search.
Iziwork wanted to create a platform where a worker registers and companies add assignments. Assignments (jobs) are automatically assigned to workers based on an algorithm. Artificial intelligence algorithms were introduced to facilitate this process.
